Mark Stephenson
Head of Global Sales
Mark Stephenson has responsibility for Epitiro’s global marketing strategy and sales operations, a role he has been doing for leading communications companies for more than 20 years.
Stephenson has worked both in the carrier community as well as supply side. Following graduation, he joined Ericsson as a project manager, before moving into sales and business development at Mitel Networks. More recently Stephenson led the pan-European business development at Psytechnics, a company that pioneered the development of software models that accurately predict human opinion of multi media services.
Stephenson believes in working from the field, frequently meeting industry executives in their countries or speaking at international conferences on topics concerning the importance of management of customer experience and the positive impact on revenue, retention and brand integrity. Hence, he has developed business in such places as Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar and of course, the UK.
Family man Stephenson challenges himself physically with karate, windsurfing and circuit training – ideal activities for a travelling man who may be in your country soon.
